Amazing vacation home available for rental on a weekly or monthly
basis. Located in Crystal Beach, 10 minutes from Buffalo, Fort Erie,
15 minutes to Niagara Falls, Marineland, Niagara on the Lake,
St.Catharines and Wine Country. The property sits inside the private
Crystal Beach Yacht and Tennis club with it's own private white sand
beach (on Lake Erie), tennis club, pier, private pool with
poolhouse,gym and playground for children. A central location to
access many of Niagara's beautiful cities and communities or sit back
and enjoy the breeze of Lake Erie.
This property books very early for the spring/summer and early fall,
so please give advance notice if you want the property for some time
this summer!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Private white sand beach on Lake Erie, Gated Community, Private
Pool/Poolhouse, Gym, Playground. Close to Fort Erie and bridge to
Buffalo (10 minutes), Niagara Falls, St. Catherines, Niagara on the
Lake, Marineland all very close by.
House is fully furnished. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, bar-b-
que, fridge/stove. Fireplace and 2 televisions. Parking for 2-3 cars.
Upper loft has balcony and lower level has front porch and back porch
is screened for outdoor sitting in evening. Two queen sized beds, one
trundle bed, and one pull out couch available.

Fall/Winter/Early Spring Special( Oct 1-March 31st):
$900 U.S/wk, $3000U.S./mth
fits/sleeps 7 people, each person over 7 to a
maximum of 9 is $200 U.S. funds.
