Description
Wilderness at its best....Miles from the rest. We are 20 mi. north of Gogama on beautiful Mattagami Lake which is a 40 mi. long system teeming with walleye & northern pike. Other species include whitefish, perch & smallmouth bass. Camp is run by solar system with diesel generator back-up.
We have 7 clean hk cottages at main camp plus American Plan at the lodge. Bait & licenses are also sold at the lodge. The cottages have all been recently renovated or rebuilt & are pleasing to look at. We have several Fishing, Hunting & Family packages listed on our website.
Our boats are 14'-16' aluminum wide & deep with 15hp-25hp motors. All boats have subfloor, swivel seats & fishfinder. Kayaks & paddleboats are free for our guests' use. Docking is also available.
Mattagami deluxe outpost is 3/4 mi. boatride from main camp. It is 2 bedroom with 12 beds, shower & electric fridge run by solar.
Nursey Lake (former fly-in) is excellent for northern pike & walleye. It has 2 bedrooms with 10 beds.
