Description
This executive Beachhouse is above the unique cottage rental. It has huge windows overlooking the water in the front and in the back of the house. It has a beach in front and in the back of the house. As you enter the first floor, you will be greated with a huge entry area. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a full washroom, and a laundry facilities. The second bedroom has it's own full washroom. This bedroom is very spacious. The water view in this bedroom is very beautiful. You also have big windows and own door to the backyard. In this bedroom, you also have a 50 inch plasma TV. On the second floor. you will be extremely pleased. The main living area is full of huge windows that permit you to enjoy the beautiful view of the water. It has a beautiful propane fireplace also. On that floor you will also have another washroom. The kitchen will take your breath away. It's truly a chef kitchen. Fully equipped with top of the line propane stone, stainless refrigerator and stainless dishwasher. The countertop are very beautiful, made of granite. This kitchen also has a big island so you can either sit down and relax or have a lot of place to cook your favorite meal. As you are relaxing and/or cooking you can enjoy again the water view. You will be impressed with the view. You will feel like you are surronded by water. As you enter the 3rd floor, you will completely be taken back. This hole floor is designated for the master bedroom. In this great and relaxing bedroom you will find a jaccuzi tub, king size bed, propane fireplace, double sinks, double shower and 1 huge balconie and a smaller one. You will also be impressed with the other 50 inch plasma TV. The house has 5 patios so you can take advantage of the beautiful view of the water and the wilderness. The sunset and sunrise are beautiful. On the backyard, you will be able to take a dip on our Hot Tub as you are enjoying again the water view in the backyard. You can also relax in our hamac or even make a nice quiet fire in our fireplace outdoors. You will not be dissapointed with our home. Special rates off season. Weekend rental available also (not in July and August). Monthly rental also available (not in July or August). No parties, no family reunion, etc are permitted. No overnight guests, max. of 4 guests at the Beachhouse at all times.
