OVERLOOKING A QUIET BAY, our lovely, privately owned 3-bedroom cottage has all the comforts of home incl an outdoor HOT TUB! A great vacation getaway.
Our cottage offers just about everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The cottage interior is bright, spacious with an open concept kitchen/dining/living area finished in tongue & groove white cedar. Lots of windows provide plenty of sunlight/fresh air. Laminate wood flooring thru out the dining/ living area & bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have double beds, bunkbeds in 3rd b/room. Bathroom is modern 4 pc.
The large, renovated kitchen has custom pine cabinetry, ceramic tile backsplash/flooring & offers ample cupboard space. Kitchen incls a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, wine chiller & small appliances.
The comfortably furnished living room includes a wood burning stove, stereo, DVD/VCR & satellite TV, movies, books, puzzles & board games.
Walk thru the French doors into the lovely, new family room for extra space. Comfortably furnished & includes a vaulted ceiling w/fan, a corner fireplace (electric) to add warmth on those chilly fall evenings. Relax & enjoy the view from the large picture window that overlooks the water. Nintendo 64 & PS2 gaming systems are provided for your entertainment on those rainy days, are connected to 27" colour TV. Sliding doors take you out to the deck & patio.
Outside, curl up in the lawn swing or in one of the Adirondack chairs and relax with a good book. Or go out in the paddle boat and spend a summer afternoon having fun paddling on the bay. Enjoy gathering around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and creating your own campfire experiences with family and friends.
Exciting activities in the nearby town (Tobermory) scuba diving, golf, mini golf, boat tours, beaches
There is a bank, grocery store, laundromat & an LCBO/beer store in town.
